ဒီဗီဘီ (Democratic Voice of Burma, DVB) သတင္းဌာနသည္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ၏ ပထမဦးဆုံး ရုပ္သံ မီဒီယာတစ္ခုျဖစ္ၿပီး အစိုးရ၏ အားနည္းခ်က္မ်ား လိုအပ္ခ်က္မ်ားကို ရုပ္သံမီဒီယာတစ္ခု အေနျဖင့္ စင္တင္ေဖာ္ျပေပးလွ်က္ ရွိသည္။ ၄င္းကို ယခင္က ေနာ္ေ၀ႏိုင္ငံက ေထာက္ပံ့ေပးျခင္း ျဖစ္သည္။ ယခု ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံတြင္ ရုံးအေျခစိုက္လွ်က္ ရွိသည္။

Democratic Voice of Burma (DVB) makes radio and television broadcasts aimed at providing uncensored news and information about Burma, the country’s military regime and its political opposition. DVB was funded in part by non-governmental organizations such as Free Voice of the Netherlands, the National Endowment for Democracy and the Freedom of Expression Foundation. It has now headquartered in Myanmar.
