2 – Chose a positive affirmation of the day

As a motivational boost, reminding yourself a positive quotation or thought will help you maintain bright and optimistic disposition during the entire day. And remember to love and believe in yourself. Remind yourself often about your true worth and unlimited potentials. Let a smile be your umbrella on a rainy day.

3 – Just do it

This famous slogan of Nike says it all. Oftentimes, we have a tendency to put things aside, procrastinate or doubt. The best “cure” to all of these is action.
