1 – Badmouthing his ex
Be wary of a man who refers to his former girlfriends as crazy or clingy. If he badmouths his exes, chances are, he would do the same to you once he moves on to another relationship.
2 – He Plans Ultra-Romantic Dates
A cozy candlelit dinner is nice but if he only takes you to secluded places, it could be tip-off that he doesn’t want other woman to spot him on the date. Next time, if he asks you out, suggest going to some busy restaurant or popular coffee shops, and see how he reacts.
3 – He is hot and cold on the phone
He will text you 10 times in a night, and then go MIA (missing-in-action) for days. He will chat on the phone for an hour, then ignore your messages for the rest of the week. You might keep wondering what is going on. Let’s be brutally honest: he’s most likely dating other women.
4 – His Buddies Act Distant
Even though the guys’ brothers may be friendly enough, they probably won’t ask you many personal questions about your job, interests, etc. The ugly truth is they don’t want to invest time and energy getting to know you because they figure you are not going to be around very long.
5 – He Says You’re Soul Mates
Love at first sight is an adorable concept, alright- but if a guy comes on strong right off the bat, telling you things like, he’s starting to fall in love with you, just make sure you play it safe and trust your gut. Those powerful words might be rolling off his tongue so smoothly because he’s spoken them so many times before.
6 – He is evasive about the future
It is generally not a good idea to discuss marriage and babies on the first date. But when he can talk about jobs, careers, trips, family and holidays with you and yet, if he is still evasive about you two’s future planning, there might be something fishy. If he plans to be together with you, chances are, it wouldn’t have been so scary and difficult for him to have this type of discussion.
